I have no idea what this is called, but on the other side of a lake behind Shantou University is this amazing temple. It’s being constructed using traditional techniques, and with donations from the local community. The ornamentation on the roof is all hand-painted porcelain.
I don’t know if this is intentional. It even has eyelashes! Seen in Tian Tang park.

This was very tasty and is made from black sesame, and almond, with a sweet crunchy biscuit thing.
This was a really nice park on the edge of Shantou. I think it was recently restored as there were very few people there.
