Bristol, home of Banksy, has a lot of street art. I only got to see the most obvious bits.
Some parts of Fountains Abbey still have a roof, which is amazing for something that’s over 800 years old.
Bristol is a lovely city, and one of the few places in the UK that feels different. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is over 150 years old and spans the Avon gorge – it fits into the surroundings very nicely.
Just over a year ago I was enjoying the cherry blossoms in Japan. Although not quite as extensive here in London, they’re still nice.
This is an incredibly picturesque abbey in North Yorkshire, surrounded by an amazing park and countryside. It’s been around in some form since 1132 after having been formed by some expelled monks.
A very welcome sight after a drearily grey winter.
