Despite the rain the London Hong Kong Dragon Boat race took place somewhere over in East End Land. There were pork buns on offer, balloons, and a bizarre dance. It was sometimes hard to concentrate on the race for the planes taking off at London City Airport, less than 100m away on the other side of the dock.
