I came across these straw pies in Namsan Park and have no idea what they are for. Each pie is linked by a thick rope to the rest. I’m guessing they contain something that is in danger of floating away and so needs to be tied down. Balloons, maybe? Clouds? Rainbows? I’m open to suggestions.
