This appears to be a statue of Chewbacca and President Lincoln. They could be frozen in carbonite, but it’s so cold it wouldn’t make much difference.

I’m not sure but that could also be the Little Mermaid at the bottom. Maybe she is helping Chewie and Lincoln to safety on a raft.
