This is Connaught Road in Hong Kong, a road that cuts across Hong Kong island. It’s not an especially pleasant road, but does look like a scene from Bladerunner at night.

A raised road handles faster traffic, and beneath this is part of the raised walkways that join a lot of Central together. On Sundays you will see these walkways lined with cardboard boxes as housemaids build temporary sitting areas to gather with friends on their day off.
